Insurance and Fees
-
We are in-network with traditional Medicare. We accept Medicare and Medicare supplement plans. We are not in-network with Medicaid, Medicare advantage plans, or other private payers.
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may be able to pursue out-of-network reimbursement for services rendered, depending on your health insurance plan. Payment is due at the time of service and we do not guarantee out of network reimbursement (it is the client’s responsibility to confirm out of network benefits with their insurance carrier). For clients who are submitting for out-of-network reimbursement we will provide a superbill (or medical bill) for submission to their insurance.

We offer a flat rate for neuropsychological evaluations, and our fees are dependent on type of service. Fees for neuropsychological or psychoeducational evaluations typically range from $1500-$2750, depending on the referral question and extent of assessment. We will provide you with an all inclusive flat fee at the time of scheduling so that there are no surprises. The evaluation rate includes record review, consultation with other providers, face-to-face services (clinical interview, testing, feedback), test scoring and interpretation, and clinical report writing.
Individual psychotherapy and coaching sessions are billed at $250 per 50-minute session. Initial intake appointments for new therapy clients (i.e., those who have not completed a neuropsychological evaluation with us) are $325. These sessions typically last 75-90 minutes and may include completion of self-report questionnaires and assessments.
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, we will provide a “Good Faith Estimate” of charges expected at the time of scheduling.
